Flavours of the West, Milsom Place

A brand new food event for 2009 will take place in the charming streets and courtyards of Milsom Place, Bath.

The weekend includes a packed programme full of talks, book signings, and chef demonstrations as well as the chance to meet West Country producers and sample some of their delicious produce.

A selection of great producers from all over the South West will gather at Milsom Place for the event including The Bath Pig Company, Quoins Organic Vineyard, The Devon Cream Company, Cranborne Chase Cheese, the Pyman Pates and many more.

With a Michelin star line up of chefs from Head Chef James Sheridan (Bath Priory Hotel and Restaurant), and Hywel Jones (Lucknam Park) to local celebrity chef Martin Blunes and James Nathan (Masterchef winner 08), this event will be set to tantalize all taste buds.
