Wagamamas is a STAPLE!
I think I speak for many of my friends when I say it’s GOOD, CHEAP and FRIENDLY.
The atmosphere is always relaxed, you never feel like you can’t be yourself and even though you might be seated next to other people, it still has a sort of intimacy.
The staff are ALWAYS friendly and helpful, I leave more tips there than anywhere else, maybe because I go there so often!
The food is fantastic! I have tried almost all the dishes on the menu and can say you won’t be disappointed if you are into Asian food.
There are a lot of vegetarian dishes to choose from for veggies, and if something isn’t vegetarian you can just ask to either substitute the meat with something else or leave it out altogether.
The Service is FAST, I never had to wait for ages to be seated and food comes out rapidly.
It may be that you have to watch your friend eat while still waiting for your food but that is natural since it’s made to order and they warn you beforehand anyway.
The prices are very reasonable and perfect for a student budget!
When you’re finishes you can just look down at the desert menu printed on the placemats, they are very good too! Don’t be put off by the unusual ingredients, you can only tell a hint of those ingredients and they don’t dominate the dish.
Did I mention that water and green tea is free? Well it is! When you finally drag yourself out of the place the staff will say goodbye to you at which point you will realise that this won’t be the last time you will dine there!
I highly recommend this restaurant, it is definitely a staple for me and my boyfriend.
