Bath’s famous Pump Room has been a popular meeting place since the 18th century. It is a must for every visitor to Bath. You can dine in elegant splendour overlooking the Roman Baths. Listen to the Violin, Cello & Piano, a trio playing every day throughout the year to add to your enjoyment while having morning coffee, lunch or afternoon tea. You can also taste the Spa water at the King’s Fountain in the Pump Room. It contains 43 minerals and has a rather unusual taste!

Definately worth a visit. Foods is fresh & vibrant, a very pleasant experience.
James ~ added 15 May 09Beautiful room, wonderful live orchestra, excellent service from staff. We had the Traditional Pump Room Tea. Very good (leaf) tea & scones. On the downside, only 3 tiny sandwiches per person & the selection of pastries was nearly all the same thing & not what we would have chosen - if we’d been given the choice. Definitely well-worth a visit, as long you don’t build up your expectations about the teas.
