The joy I’ve had to be able to post a review re: Strada in Bath…..!!! Where do I start…..The service was appaulling and when the food finally arrived that was shocking and returned three times. After the second time of sending it back we reorder a basic pizza. After the third attempt and waiting another 10 minutes for more cutlery I ended up pulling the manager to one side away from the customers view to share my opinion and too be honest she really couldn’t give two hoot’s! My partner and I eat out regularly in Bath and generally eat mosts things but Strada really did take top place for poor service, poor food and just poor poor poor process of acknowledging any sort of complaint!
